So long January, hello Patterns.

Can you believe tomorrow is the first day of February?  I know I can't.  How's everyone doing with their Resolutions?  Touchy subject?  How about I just move on to the freebie? ;-)  Here it is, your first pack of patterns for "In the Woods."  I love it when kits come with patterns that have versatility.  When I love a kit, I LOVE a kit and I want to use it as much as I can.  But a lot of times there are only so many moments that "go" with the kit's theme.  Which is why I chose for this pack to make papers that can be used for scrapping more than just your adventures "in the woods."  There are 21 total in this download.

Get excited because I'm not done for the day!  I'll have your second pack of patterns up and ready for download later today.  Until then...

Have you heard that I'm giving away may biggest freebie kit yet?!  It's a Valentine's Day themed kit I'm calling, "XOXO" and it will contain 12 different parts PACKED with elements, papers, glitter, alphas, trinkets, etc.  And here's the first SNEAK PEAK to show you a smidge of what's in store.

How can you snag it?  All you need to do is donate $10 and it will be sent out exclusively to you next week!  To donate just click on the "Donate" button in the left hand side bar and after doing e-mail me your preferred contact information at imharperfinch@gmail.com, which I will then use to send you your download links next week.  FYI, if you've previously donated $10 or more then you're already going to be receiving this kit. :-)

Glitter in the Woods.

Is it weird that whenever I'm working on glitter I always find myself listening to Ke$ha?  She's just so darned enthusiastic about glitter, I love it!  When I start brushing my teeth with a bottle of Jack I'll know I have a problem. ;-)  Okay, back to the glitter!  This is my biggest glitter pack yet so get excited!  It's so big that I had to create two previews and two downloads because I couldn't fit it all into one.

Two previews, one download.

Gratitude, Donor Drive and a FREE MEGA!

Hello guys and gals, friends and scrappers, fellow freebie lovers and digital design admirers!  I wanted to begin this post by highlighting a few rock stars who have been so gracious as to share their LO's using my freebies, which I want to share with you for both my inspiration and your own.

First I have for you Arianna's use of my kits, featuring this and that from a majority of my kits.

How amazing are they?!  I couldn't even believe that I had created the items she used to make such gorgeous and creative layouts!  Snaps and hugs for Arianna!

Second up, I have Suzanne - who, btw, is rad - and her layout using "Hello to You" to document the new addition to her family, Muffin!

Thank you both for your beautiful work and flattering me by using my designs to document your life!

Who would like a free MEGA kit for Valentine's Day?  Yes, pretty much all of my kits are MEGA/Oversized but this one will be bigger, if you can imagine!  How is this one different from any other of my kits?  Well...I'll be giving this away to ALL donors who donate $10, as a thank you for your love, support and generosity.  I really hated the idea of giving away this kit to *only* donors when this is a freebie blog but then I got to thinking about how each of my kits have topped over 2,000 downloads (EACH piece) and the fact that you're receiving not just free kits, but entire collections which far outsize those offered in any scrap store.  Which I LOVE and is why I will be continuing doing what I do and sharing it for free, but I am in the process of creating a database, obtaining a website, forum, storage, newsletters, promotion, etc. and every bit helps with this huge endeavor.  Plus the time, energy, etc. can be costly at times.

ANYWAY, if it is in your budget and you would like to receive my Valentine's Mega, XOXO, which has 12 separate pieces to it, you can donate by clicking the left hand Paypal "Donate" button on the left side bar.  Once you've done so, please E-mail me so that I can put your information into my database which I will use to send out this kit.

BTW, there just may be another "In the Woods" freebie up later today ;-)

That's all for now!

Valentine's Day, Everyday.

The time has come, your final piece to the "Everyday" collection is here!  But before I get to the freebie, I wanted to quickly mention my new series of Valentine's Day cards for sale.  I plan on opening up an Etsy store soon but I thought I'd give you all a sneak peak of what's in store...at a discounted price, just y'all!

If you're interested and want to purchase these adorable "printables" you need only click the "buy now" button and you'll be directly taken to Paypal.  Upon purchase I will contact you with the appropriate download information.   Each card set is priced at $6/each with a special offer for those who wish to purchase both specified below.

Or you can purchase both at a discounted price of $9.

Okay, now that I've taken up your time with my song and dance, it's time for the freebie!  As I said before, this the final piece in the "Everyday" collection that I've been sharing with you all since Friday.  It's a set of elements including ribbon, ric-rac, flowers and more.

Have an amazing day!

An alpha for every day! - Updated

I'm back with the second to last Everyday freebie!  I have for you a set of 7 complete alphas with coordinating numbers and punctuation.  That's one alpha for each day of the week, perfect for documenting your "Everyday" ;-)

In other news, I mentioned briefly that I would be selling Valentine's Day Cards for you to use digitally OR as a "printable" to cut and use for your special Valentine's or for any Valentine's parties at schools, church, etc.  I've finally decided to open up my own Etsy store where these will be the first items I'll be selling there.

However, before I put these up on Etsy, I thought I'd go ahead and offer them to you all at a discounted price.  Individually, each pack is $6, while you can purchase both together for $9.  Simply use the Paypal purchase buttons/links to be taken directly to my store.  Once your payment is received, you will receive your download links promptly from me, which will be available for you with no time limit.

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy your freebie!

Everyday freebie and an announcement!

Another day, another freebie!  But before I get to that I have little bit of news to share with you all.  I've decided to create a series of Valentine's Day cards for purchase, my first foray into selling any of my products.  I'm playing around with the idea of opening up my own Etsy shop but wanted to to get feedback on whether anyone would be interested in purchasing my creations.  Don't worry, my main focus will continue to be, and always will be, this blog and offering my designs as freebies.

This is the first set of cards I've created and should you be interested in purchasing them, contact me on Facebook or at imharperfinch@gmail.com.  Okay, now on to the freebie!

Today I have for you a set of stamp elements to coordinate with my "Everyday" kit that you all have been collection pieces of since Friday.  After this there will be two more freebies before I begin my next kit, so good news all around!

Thanks for stopping by, I hope you have the best Monday possible!

Double the freebies!

Good morning, fellow scrappers and freebie lovers!  I have two freebies for you all, this rainy and cloudy Sunday morning.  Hopefully the weather is better where you are - but if not, these patterned papers and journal cards will hopefully brighten your day!

Thanks for stopping by and ENJOY!

Every day should be a Glitter day!

Wow!  Welcome to everyone who has recently found the blog and "Liked" the Facebook page!  You may not have noticed just yet...but I love freebies ;-)  As a new "designer" and freebie-addict I thought it would be fun to combine the two and share my attempts at becoming a designer with anyone and everyone free of charge.  And then to my complete and utter shock - people actually wanted to play with my "work" and now that I've started, I just can't stop!  Haha!

I love scrapbook-ing, I love design, I love freebies but what I love most of all - is y'all!  Which is why I will always use this blog to share my (mis)adventures in design with you all - as freebies.  No matter where the road takes my designs, there will always be a special offering of freebies exclusive to this blog for you all.  I'm having too much fun to change! :-P

Now on to the freebies!  You may have noticed but I don't believe a kit is complete without...GLITTER!  And for this kit I was satisfied with just one set of glitter so I whipped up a bonus add-on set for you all as well.  There are 21 in total once you download both sets, plenty to help document your days.

I'm also concurrently creating a special kit for all donors, past, present, future, who will receive it in gratitude for their preposterous kindness and support.  I'm off for now, enjoy!

-Harper-

It's Saturday and my first freebie of the weekend is here!   I *LOVE* how these turned out and hope they will come in handy when you document your "Everyday."  (Or EveryMonth?)

Keep your eyes peeled for my Facebook feed and swing back by the blog this afternoon for more!

I can spell, I swear!

Just in case you were wondering, A.) I do know how to spell and B.) The kit is not called "Everday", LoL  Don't you love it when you post something and then go back and realize you've misspelled something?  As the daughter of a writer/journalist/editor, I have a major complex about it! :-P  So if you noticed I misspelled "Everyday" on the first two freebies - forgive me, I knew not what I did!  Oh and I am totally aware that 99% of you are like, "Ohh..kay..."  I'm anal, I know!

Word vomit and spelling errors aside, here is your final freebie for Friday!  This kit is all about simplicity and versatility so I thought I'd go ahead and highlight one of my absolute favorite patterns, Chevron, which I use all of the time and just love it when a kit comes with a bunch of them for me to play with.  For you I have 11 different variation of the Chevron pattern to add to the growing "Everyday" kit.

Enjoy your freebies and have a wonderful weekend!  I would DEFINITELY stop by the blog tomorrow...I may or may not already have two new Everyday freebies ready for sharing ;-)

Freebie Friday: 2nd Post, 2nd Freebie

Another piece, another download!  Enjoy download 2 of 3:  A set of 15 textured card stock!  Versatile, simple, bright!  Enjoy!
